Welcome to Loudoun Abused Women’s Shelter, also known as Loudoun Citizens for Social Justice, a private nonprofit in Loudoun County, Virginia.  LAWS is a dual agency, serving both domestic violence and sexual assault survivors.

LAWS seeks to empower survivors of interpersonal violence so that they may live lives free from fear, anxiety, and danger.

Our 24 hour crisis line provides access to crisis counseling & information to persons in physical and/or emotional danger because of domestic violence & sexual assault.

Loudoun Abused Women’s Shelter was incorporated in 1984 as Loudoun Citizens for Social Justice, Inc. (LCSJ)
